Adam Corlett (3rd place age group world champ in Hyrox, with the 19th fastest time 2024) has been dominating fitness focused events for two decades and has a transformative approach to people development. A successful business owner in his own right, he’s run retreats previously and knows exactly what every person needs, irrelevant of their stage on the athlete journey.
Adam will be there throughout each Function retreat, designing the food and fitness element. Yoga, stretching and breathwork are other specialisms of Adams as he helps participants leave with a new mindset on how they treat their body - vital for every person in a mentally challenging business role
